This is made by 4 square papers for the base and 4 for the lid, has one original and one variation, but the difference is that you get an hexagonal box, very sturdy and the last assembly it’s a little tricky.
Fifth box in the book “Origami Boxes” by Tomoko Fuse.
This is made by 4 square papers for the base and 4 for the lid, has one original and one variation, but the big difference is that you get an octagonal box in a pretty big size almost 7 inches, the square ones are 4 inches.

We only did a lamp shade by Tomoko Fuse and traditional fishes made by a string of paper; both need some time for folds but turn it in marvelous pieces.

This is made by one square paper for the base and one for the lid, it’s only a little variation in the box but make look it more cute.
I used it for a little presents i made, brocades kusudamas for hang it.
